всегото 12-16 символов. а если будете ставить qwerty123456 так на долго вас не хватит))))

Входим по ссылке выше:
появляется 2 квадрата. в левом вводим свой номер аси

нажимаем некст
выходит второе окно

   Enter the number shown in the image below (This helps to prevent automated submissions).

В верхнем поле указываем Ваш секретный вопрос при регестрации
в двух нижних свой ответ и свой эмеил(также указанных при регистрации)
воаля и вам генерируется новый пасс на указанное мыло
