Нет, не гуманитарий. Хотя, может быть, пойду в какой-нибудь эконом. журнал... Если возьмут.

The main purpose of this paper is to examine returns to schooling in Ukraine. The research, carried in this paper shows that education has significant effect on wages in Ukraine: 1 additional year of education would raise wages by approximately 5%. There are few concerns regarding the outcomes, one of which is the fact that the experience does not have an effect on wages. It can be explained theoretically, but further research should be done.

3. Problems arising with globalization.
But there is one major problem with globalization – unlike nationalism it does not provide either the international cultural solidarity or governmental institutions, capable of supporting egalitarian redistribution and insurance on a global scale, while weakening the nation-based institutions for the same. The consequences of this could be the following:
1. Cultural diversity: population of the country would divide into two groups: so-called provincials (people without knowledge of English and with some very specific skills) and cosmopolitans. This situation in some sense represents the same as it was in the “Agrarian age” – times when there was a relatively homogenous elite and the rest of the nation was very diverse. This was the cause why the elite was relatively united but other classes did not fell much unity among themselves, which was the cause for the low (or almost no) social protection in the state – elite did not need it and the rest did not have the feeling of the unity with the rest of the nation.
2. Because of the low social protection and high vulnerability of the diverse economy people in highly specialized states would be subject to great unemployment risks – not only the unemployment itself would be the problem, but also absence of unemployment benefits.

в хорошие журналы берут с соответствующим образованием и опытом работы. туда к слову и внештатником трудно попасть) а вот если начать с чего попроще, сначала сделать себе имя, тогда возьмут
